Sisters Together: Move More, Eat Better

Sisters Together: Move More, Eat Better is an obesity prevention program that targets African American women between 18 and 35 years of age in three inner-city communities in Boston, MA, USA. The target population of 18 to 35 year old African American women was selected based on a review of the research literature on health and obesity, as well as survey data, which helped determine which group would benefit most from this type of program.
